Video Editing Package With Online Sharing

Pinnacle Systems' Studio Online is a basic video package that allows users to get, edit, and post videos online. Posted videos can then be viewed by friends or family from anywhere using their Web browser.

The package includes a USB cable for the connection of the video device (camcorders, VCRs, etc.) to the PC. Once video is transferred, basic edits can be performed using the included Studio software, such as rearranging video clips, adding transition effects between clips, and the addition of titles, music, or voice-overs.

Once completed, the video can be uploaded to the user's own space on the Studio Online Web site (see direct link below). Users can choose their own themed background for the display of the video on their page; and the site itself includes E-Mail tools allowing the user to announce the availability of their new video to their friends. Uploaded videos are automatically converted to RealMedia and Windows Media formats in both high and low bandwidth configurations; and each Studio Online purchaser is entitled to 10MB of Web storage space for free.
